Our Newest Solution – Smart Rate

We recently launched a new solution in the extranet that will make it easier whenever our clients need to check rate parity (the practice of maintaining consistent rates across all your distribution channels) and their competitors’ pricing. To use Smart Rate, a property needs to have the Channel Manager solution active and connected to at least one of the three main OTAs: Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia. It’s totally free feature for our clients

The tool Smart Rate has two modules:

Rate Parity Check

An intelligent module that allows you to keep an eye on all the big online travel agencies, such as Agoda, Booking.com, and Expedia, and how they are pricing your rooms. It then tells you how your rates compare and help you come up with a pricing strategy to avoid disparity.

Smart Competitor

The name says it all. It’s an intelligent algorithm that makes you a smarter competitor. The dashboard allows you to review your competitors’ pricing in the market in one place and then proposes an optimizing pricing plan for your property.
